The Lancaster High School 2012 Commencement Services will be held at Fulton Field at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2012. Gates will open to the public at 1:00 p.m.
In the event of inclement weather, commencement will be held in the LHS gymnasium. Each senior will receive four (4) tickets at rehearsal for family and friends to use if the ceremony is held indoors. If graduation is held indoors, there will be overflow seating in the auditorium where it is planned that the ceremony will be broadcast on closed circuit television. If the location of the ceremony is moved, it will be announced through the Penn Alert Phone Notification System, the Lancaster City School’s website and broadcast on the LSN channel starting at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, June 3.
Family and friends of graduates who need handicapped seating must call 740-681-7560 in advance to obtain a ticket to enter that area. Handicapped seating will be located on the track. Each ticket will admit the bearer and one guest to the Accommodated Seating Area.
