SUMMER REGISTRATION

Welcome to Lancaster City Schools - Home of the Golden Gales

During summer break you may register your child at our Administrative Offices on 345 East Mulberry Street (Door# 4) between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. For questions on summer registration, please contact Mrs. Keller at 740-687-7390.

For transportation questions you may contact our Transportation Department at 740-687-7366 or to find out your child's bus route you may use our online bus route site by clicking on this link Bus Routes

To register your child you will need to bring the following documents:

Child's birth certificate
Child's social security card
Custody papers (if applicable)
Parent/Legal Guardian's ID
Two proofs of residency (phone/electric/utility bill, etc.) If you are residing with someone and don't have bills in your own name, please submit a notarized letter containing the following items: Your name, child's name, address, name of person you are residing with and two proofs of residency of the person you are residing with

For your convenience, you may print out the registration forms below. Only the Parent or Legal Guardian can register the student. It has to be done in person.

PLEASE ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE SCHOOL RECEIVES YOUR CHILD'S UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORDS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS.
