The Mobile Dentists will be available again this year for our Lancaster families! They will be at the Healthfest held on August 6th at the Fairfield Christian Church.
The Mobile Dentist can do exams, cleanings, Fluoride treatments, x-rays, and even sealants when needed, but no treatment. They will see any child that hasn't been to the dentist in the last 6 months, but must have the downloadable form completed before being seen to confirm any dental insurance (including Medicaid) or if the child needs a "scholarship". Children will be seen on a "First Come..." basis. A few children may be seen on a walk-in basis if they have their medical card and other information with them.
Please return your forms to Lancaster Head Start by August 1st. They may be mailed or brought to:
