Junior High Construction Update 10/31/18

At Thomas Ewing, door frame installation throughout the building is almost
complete, the sprinkler system is being roughed in, spray insulation
continues, and soffits are being installed.  Brickwork continues in both
classroom sections along with installation of hydronic pipes, ventilation
ductwork, and electric conduits. The roof is being installed in the main
entrance section.  Concrete masonry block is being installed in the
gymnasium and cafeteria sections and the concrete floor in the student
dining area has been poured.


At General Sherman, the building pad is complete and foundations are being
poured in the two story classroom section of the building.  The water line
from the main line to the building and the sewer line to the building have
been installed.  Storm lines are being installed and earthwork continues to
prepare the drives and parking areas.
