Junior High Construction Update 7/10/19

At Thomas Ewing, the brick portion of the building sign, exterior lights, curbs, sidewalks and asphalt are being installed.  Road widening and earthwork continue while water service is being hooked up.  Inside the building, casework is being installed in the main entrance section of the building and locker room showers have been installed.  The sprinkler system is being pre-tested, HVAC chilled beam units, temperature control wires, electrical devices and lights continue to be installed.  The cafeteria ceiling is being painted.  

At General Sherman, brick installation continues on the single story classroom section of the building while spray foam insulation and roof detailing continue throughout the building.  In the two story classroom section, domestic water pipes, electric home runs, and sprinkler system main lines are being installed.  In wall electric conduit, air ducts and louvers are being installed in the main entrance section.  The kitchen roof decking is complete while roof drains installation is in progress in the gymnasium and cafeteria sections.
