Born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, Jay Nauman graduated from Lancaster High School in 1991.  After graduation, Jay attended Wittenberg University and graduated in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in business administrations.  Jay married his high school sweetheart Kim (class ’92). They have three boys who attend(ed) Lancaster City Schools.

Jay is the fourth generation President / CEO of Nauman Outdoor Advertising and has served numerous community organizations, including participation in the United Way Review Board, Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, Fairfield Medical Center Community Advisory Board, and Ohio Outdoor Advertising Association Board.  He is a member and past president of the Lancaster Rotary Club and a member, past President and current trustee of the Lancaster-Fairfield County Charity Newsies.
