Tallmadge Blasts Off - Youtube

Thanks to the hard work done by Diane Warner of the Afterschool Programs of Lancaster, Tallmadge Elementary was chosen as one of 13 schools nationally to establish a radio connection with the International Space Station. Working with NASA and the local Amateur Radio Club, students next year will make contact with astronauts in the ISS and talk in real time. Because of this amazing opportunity, the staff at Tallmadge will be working to make space a recurring theme in their building next school year. For more on the ARISS program, visit:
