Elementary (March) Packets Drop Off - April 21st and April 23rd

Elementary Packet Drop Off

Elementary Parents,

We had a great turnout for packet pick up last week.  You can also print off the packets on our website PACKETS. We felt it necessary to separate our April packet pick up and completed packet turn in/drop off dates.  This allowed us to ensure our packet distribution was well organized and we limited interaction between volunteers and parents.  


On April 21st and April 23rd, we will be prepared to collect your student(s) March learning packets from 11:30am to 1pm.  We will only collect the 1st round of packets that were handed out at school while we were still in session in March.


We will have volunteers collecting packets at each of our elementary buildings during our lunch pick up times from 11:30am to 1pm.  You will just need to hand your packet to the volunteer.  


If you are unable to drop your packet off during this time.  There will be large plastic containers outside the front doors from 1:00pm to 6:00pm on April 21st and 23rd.  These containers will be labeled. Please drop your packet in the appropriate container, so they can be sorted. You also have the option to scan packets directly to your child’s teacher via email. 


It is VERY important that your child write their first and last name and teacher's name on the front cover of his/her packet. This is necessary to ensure we sort packets and get them to the appropriate teacher. If your child received a special education packet, please return it in the envelope it came in.


Again, 1st packet turn in/drop off is scheduled April 21st and April 23rd from 11:30am - 6pm (if you arrive after 1, you will need to put your packet in the container by the front doors).


You can expect teacher feedback on returned March learning  packets next month. If school does not resume on May 4th, drop off procedures for the April learning packets will be communicated to you.
