Important Food Service Update

2025-2026 School Year

We are excited to announce Lancaster City Schools participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP) will continue for the 2025-2026 school year.  This program allows Lancaster City Schools to offer Free Breakfast and Lunch to all students this school year regardless of household income.

Our online payment provider is MySchoolBucks.  See the process to create a new account below. 

Enrollment is Easy

1. Go to MySchoolBucks.com and register for a free account.
    

2. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
    

3. Add your students using their school name, birthdate, and student ID. (If you do not know the ID #, call the Food Service Department.)
    

4. Make a payment to your students’ accounts with your credit/debit card or electronic check.

In addition to funding your student's meal account, you can:

• Have access 24/7 on the web or with the Mobile App.
   
• View account balances and purchases at any time at no charge.
   
• Make a payment for all of your students with one transaction.
   
• Schedule recurring/automatic payments and low balance alerts.

Make a payment to your students’ accounts with your credit/debit card or electronic check. The fee for credit/debit card transactions is $3.25 per payment, while e-check transactions have a fee of only $2.75 per payment. Put money into multiple accounts with one transaction. You will have the opportunity to review any fees before you are charged and cancel if you choose.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
