Lancaster Features Three OSBA Honorees (YouTube)

Three members of the Lancaster community were honored by the Ohio School Boards Association as outstanding contributors to public education. Tallmadge Elementary Educational Assistant Amber Eaton was named the Exemplary School Employee thanks to her morning reading program. Lancaster City Council member Becky Tener was named a Friend of Public Education thanks to her years of volunteering and advocacy. Finally, former Lancaster City Council member, Lancaster City Schools Board of Education member, and member of the Ohio House of Representatives Gerald Stebelton was honored as a Champion of Public Education for his service as chairman of the House Education Committee and for his work advocating and protecting public schools.
